The Brain That Wouldn’t Die is a campy sci-fi horror film about a brilliant but morally questionable surgeon whose fiancée is decapitated in a car accident. Refusing to lose her, he keeps her alive as a disembodied head, sustained by an experimental serum in his secret lab. While she begs for death, he roams nightclubs and back alleys searching for a new body to attach her to. Meanwhile, another of his grotesque experiments, a monstrous creature locked in a closet begins to stir, leading to a chaotic and destructive finale.
